We ship using tracked express courier services from regional fulfillment centers. Our logistics cover the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Czech Republic.

2. Cold Chain Delivery

Freeze-dried peptides are shipped in protective insulated sleeves. While stable at ambient transit temperatures, we recommend storing them in a refrigerator or freezer immediately upon arrival.

3. Return Policy

Due to the sensitive scientific nature of research compounds and the strict requirement to prevent cross-contamination, we **cannot accept returns** of opened, reconstituted, or unsealed chemical containers.
